We love giving back to the Rugby community and helped Fill The Gap in moving their charity offering forward.
Fill The Gap have been operating since the October 2020 half term when the government announced they would not be continuing with free school meals. While they were helping families with food on a weekly basis they quickly recognised there were so many families out there that had fallen through the gap of the government funding for so many different reasons.
The charity pride themselves on being approachable and fair with absolutely no long lists of criteria to source the help that was needed. They provided a short term fix for many people, and Rugby Self Store are proud to be a sponsor.
Fill The Gap welcomes support from volunteers, local businesses and the people of Rugby so if you have anything to offer, please get in touch and help end food poverty in Rugby.
