What are your prices?

There are many factors to consider when pricing your storage with us. What size unit you require; how long you require storage for; location of unit. These are just a few reasons why we do not advertise our prices online.

Is there a minimum storage period?

Yes, our minimum storage term is 1 month.

What do I need to provide to rent one of your storage units?

One month storage payment in advance, a deposit for the unit and 2 forms of ID, of which one should contain a photo and the other a utility bill (except mobile phone).

When can I access my storage unit?

Customers have 24/7 access to the site, so you're not limited by opening hours or having to arrange appointments.

What size units do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of storage units ranging from 10sqft up to 300sqft. Visit our storage volume calculator section for further information.

Where do I park when visiting the store?

Our site offers ample parking and has a designated loading and unloading bay at the entrance to the roller shutter.

Can you help with loading/unloading?

Trolleys are available for your use. We also have a fully operational goods and passenger lift. 

Can I book online if I wanted to move in at the weekend?

We are currently working on bringing an online check system in to our website which will allow customers to view prices, reserve and take up a contract online. Our online check in is currently being tested – watch this space!

Until this is ready to go live customers can still opt to sign up with us in store or via e-signature, all you have to do is contact a member of our team during office hours.

What if I want to change the size of my storage unit?

You can change units at any time. No charge is made for changing unit and you will only pay for the space you need.

Is there any notice periods to vacate my unit?

Generally, we require 14 days notice to vacate your unit. Business users are subject to a 28 day notice period.

Do I need to insure my goods whilst in storage?

Yes. We offer liability cover for your goods for the duration of your storage with us. You must insure your goods to the value they are worth. If you have a policy already in place that covers your items whilst storing with us, we would need proof of the policy.

Do I need to lock my unit as it is indoors?

Yes, each individual unit must be secured when being rented. We sell key and combination locks.

Can I buy packing materials from you?

Yes, we sell all materials for your packing needs.

What can't I store?

Perishable goods; plants & animals; weapons, ammunition, fireworks & firearms; goods illegally obtained; compressed gasses; combustible or flammable materials; toxic waste; and odorous substances.
